Above Villars, in the district of de la Résidence 3.2 km from the centre of Villars, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 400 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. 50 m stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Communal covered parking. Dimension: height 230 cm width 360 cm.
