General description of the residence
Chalet Le Char. Superb renovated farmhouse of 320 m2 spread over two levels with a mezzanine. The renovation was carried out to carefully respect the authenticity of the building whilst combining that with modern materials and large windows. East, South, and West-facing. The commanding position of the chalet offers breathtaking views of the resort and the Mont Blanc range. In winter: Access is via a mountain road requiring the necessary motor equipment
Capacity: 14 persons maximum.
Ground floor: Entrance hallway, ski and bike store with 15 pair electric boot warmer, access from indoors and outdoors, separate WC
- Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board
- Sauna area with shower and sliding door to access the covered terrace with a 5-person hot tub
- Bedroom 1: Two single 90x200cm beds which can be joined, TV, en suite with bath, double basin, towel rail, and WC.
- Bedroom 2: 160X200cm bed, storage and TV, en suite with shower, double basin, towel rail, and WC.
-Two terraces of which one is covered.
First floor: Enormous living/dining room with TV, wood-burning stove, and pool table. Access to the balcony with East, South, and West aspects through sliding doors. Panoramic views of Mont Blan from the lounge.
Equipped open plan kitchen with two dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, and a pantry
- Bedroom 3: Two 90x200cm bed could be 160x200cm, storage and TV, two 90x190cm beds on the mezzanine (ladder access – not advisable for young children), en suite with shower, double basin, towel rail, and WC.
