Beautiful chalet "Penguin Hill", 2 storeys, built in 2019. Above Saint-Gervais les Bains, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope. Private: property 1'900 m2. Terrace. In the house: storage room for skis. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, in winter 130 m. Grocery 1.8 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bakery 1.9 km, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Le Pont" 1.8 km, indoor swimming pool 2.9 km, thermal baths "Les Thermes de Saint-gervais" 6.6 km. Tennis 2.9 km, minigolf 2.9 km, mountain railway 2.2 km, gondola lift 2.6 km, ski bus stop 1.5 km, ice field 2.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc 2.6 km. Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, address for key collection, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit by credit card Visa / Mastercard : 300,0 EUR Payable in resort fixed price.
Please note : including tourist tax.
