General description of the residence

Location: At an altitude of 1970 m, in the Plagne Centre resort, at the foot of the slopes and the ski lifts.

Hotel: In a privileged location, with 119 rooms. On-site facilities: leisure facilities and amenities available free of charge or at an additional cost. Free access to sauna and fitness room.

Entertainment: Nursery for children aged 3 to 10.

Catering: Breakfast menu.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l hôtel Terra Nova. Nous avons apprécié la location sur les pistes, le casier à ski chauffant, le bar. Les lits sont super confortables. La nourriture était très bonne, un choix varié. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Le personnel était très serviable. Je recommande vivement.

club tres bien placé, excellent service, de qualité , beaucoup d'attention et de bienveillance, nourriture délicieuse sauf les petits déjeuners. Casiers pour les skis chauffants, un vrai confort !

Nous nous attendions a un bâtiment récent et plutôt moderne. La résidence est un peu vieillotte et a besoin d'une bonne rénovation. Les chambres sont vraiment tristes et la déco est ancienne.

seulement 2 ascenseurs pour les 6 étages dont 1 seul descends au local a ski embouteillage garanti / local à ski carrément de l escroquerie pas assez de racks a ski pour le nombre d occupant de l hotel de plus rack ridiculement petit les fixations des ski voisins vous empechent de ranger les votres correctement de plus les racks ne sont pas sécurisés et le magasin ski vous propose des cadenas ultra petit pour la somme de 10 euros bonjour l arnaque propreté des chambres correctes sans plus poussières sur les plinthes et dans les recoins datant de plusieurs années / le lit double était en fait deux lits simples cote à cote point positif la salle de bain avec une grande baignoire et wc séparé concernant la restauration les buffets sont toujours bien garnis par contre le plat principal fait plus souvent plat de cantine que de restaurant : petit dej avec beaucoup de choix établissement majoritairement fréquenté par une clientèle anglaise qualité prix correcte pour la prestation globale
