About Hôtel Altapura 5*

The Altapura 5* hotel is situated in a quiet location, below the charming resort of Val Thorens. It benefits from an exceptional location just 5 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by shuttle from the village centre and its shops, at the foot of the slopes of the world's largest ski area "Les 3 Vallées" and is located close to direct access to the "Plein Sud" chairlift and other ski lifts of the 3 Vallées area. The ski area offers more than 600 kilometres of slopes, including 335 slopes suitable for all levels. Several activities are offered such as a snowpark, boardercross, a junior area, a slalom stadium, or even the longest toboggan run in Europe at 6 kilometres.

With traditional wooden architecture, the Altapura consists of 88 rooms and suites with chic and refined decor. The accommodations are pleasant, all featuring a view of the snow-capped peaks of the Alps. On site, you can enjoy a wellness area of 1,000m² with a swimming pool, hot tub, igloo, sauna, hammam, and fitness room as well as a children's games room, 3 restaurants, 2 bar areas, a ski room with direct access to the slopes, a ski shop and a concierge service.
