Useful information

Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
If arriving outside of these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, please contact the office a few days prior to arrival to arrange the details of your arrival.
The keys will be available for you in the safe designated for this purpose, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be provided in the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10:00 AM.

To be paid on site on the day of your arrival:
Security deposit payable in cash: 500.00 CHF to be paid on site at a flat rate.
