Grand simple building "Cresta", 5 floors, built in 1966. Located in the Wiesti area, 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. Facilities of the House: lift, ski room, central heating. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 60 m, bakery 350 m, bicycle rental 600 m, centre 10 minutes on foot, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 250 m, train station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain train, ski rental 150 m. Ski bus stop 250 m, ski school, children's ski school 800 m. Direct access to the house by taxi is not possible. Please note: Other apartments are also available for rent in this holiday home. Distance from the road to the entrance of the accommodation: 130 m. Taxis do not have access to the house.
Location: In Zermatt. At the foot of the slopes. 600 m from the town centre.
Private apartment: excellent quality, 100 m² with a balcony.
