Old wooden house, welcoming, comfortable "Diana", with 4 floors. In the centre of Zermatt, sunny location, excellent position: central yet quiet. Facilities of the house: central heating. Access by car up to 10 m from the house. Stairs (20 steps) leading up to the house. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 30 m, bar 100 m, bakery 220 m, bus stop "Kirchbrücke" 300 m, train station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 500 m. Mountain train, ski rental 650 m. Ski bus stop, ski school, children's ski school 300 m. Please note: no lift. Direct access to the house by taxi is not possible. Other apartments are also available for rent in this holiday home.

Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, keys collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
In case of arrival outside of these hours, please notify the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in procedure.
The keys will be available in the designated safe outside the key holder office.
The code will be stated on the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10:00 AM.

To be settled on-site on the day of your arrival:
Deposit by Visa / Mastercard credit card: 500.00 CHF to be paid on-site at a flat rate.
