General description of the residence
This warm duplex with a mountain atmosphere can accommodate up to 7 people and benefits from a South-East facing balcony with a beautiful view of the slopes. The entrance leads to an independent WC as well as a fully equipped open kitchen: dishwasher, oven, electric hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, raclette machine. The living room, bright due to its large openings, includes a dining area and a convertible corner sofa offering 2 sleeping places (140x190). It opens directly onto the South-East facing balcony.
Upstairs, the first sleeping area has 3 single beds (80x190), consisting of two sofa beds and a pull-out bed (minimum height under slope: 50 cm). A second sleeping area, closed by a curtain, is equipped with a double bed (140x190) and has a minimum height under slope of about 1 m. A shower room with shower, WC and towel dryer completes the floor. Wi-Fi included. Ski locker in the residence. Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be reserved in advance): Linen pack, towel pack, end-of-stay cleaning, made bed on arrival, baby bed and high chair.
THE RESIDENCE: The Gentianes residence is located only 200 m from the slopes. By going up the road towards the Saulire residence, you reach a green slope that allows you to access the main departure of the ski lifts. The Laitelet shopping centre is about 700 m away and the nearest shuttle stop is 200 m.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD: Laitelet district ideal for skiers. All residences have very easy access to the slopes. You will find all the necessary shops: grocery store, sports shop, restaurants, bars, etc. You can access the centre of the Méribel Mottaret resort via a free gondola: the Chalets teleport.
