General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION :
This duplex apartment of 41 m², rated 3 stars, is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 6 people. It includes:
Upstairs
- an attic bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
- a mezzanine with bunk beds (80cm)
- a shower room with toilet included
On the ground floor
- a divisible living room: lounge with sofa bed, and dining area
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, Nexpresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette set, fondue set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
A balcony with a view of the surrounding fir trees is south-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Possibility to benefit optionally from a private parking space located in the basement of the residence

Large residence clad in wood and stone. It connects with the residences Les Pentes and La Traverse and is ideally located in the town centre. Underground parking under the residence, to be booked with our agency.

In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place in the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks, to be booked through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance) : End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
