Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside of these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to arrange the arrival conditions.
The keys will be available in the designated safe, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be stated on the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.

To be paid on site on the day of your arrival:
Deposit by Visa/Mastercard credit card: 300.00 CHF to be paid on site at a fixed rate.
