General description of the residence
Charming apartment for 4 people of 26m2, well equipped, with balcony and garden furniture, it is at the foot of the slopes with ski-in ski-out.
Ski rental/sales shop, convenience store, bars and restaurants at the bottom of the residence.
It consists of:
- 1 sleeping area with a bunk bed of 90 X 190 cm with USB USBC and standard sockets and a large wall cupboard.
- 1 sofa bed that converts into a 160 190 cm bed in the living room
- a smart TV
- a table and 4 chairs
- a kitchenette with dishwasher for a true holiday!
- refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, a combined microwave oven...
- a balcony equipped with a set of 2 chairs and a table with a beautiful view of the mountains.
- WI-FI
- private ski locker.

For any stay of 5 nights or more in the winter season, this apartment benefits from these included services:
- bed linen, towels, a set of 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 maintenance kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.
We inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint without debit of an amount of €800 will be requested before your arrival on the site of our partner Swikly
- the keys will be handed to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and to be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.
- the apartment is provided in clean condition, we ask you to return it in the same state.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.
This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.
- pets are not accepted.
