General description of the residence
Completely renovated in 2023, this apartment has been designed to offer you a comfortable ski stay, with family or friends.
Located in Flaine Forêt, in the Verseau residence, it is on the third and top floor. The entrance to the building is at the back of the building, directly at the level of the top floor, allowing the apartment to be accessed at ground level, without any stairs to climb.
Facing due south, it benefits from an unobstructed view without overlooking.
With a total area of 48 m², the apartment has a pleasant living area that combines a lounge, a dining area with a table accommodating up to eight people, and a fully equipped kitchen. This includes induction hobs, an extractor hood, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette and pierrade machine as well as a fondue pot. Numerous utensils, knives, baking dishes, glasses and tableware items are also provided for comfortable cooking.
The master bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed, two wardrobes and individual reading lights. The cabin space consists of two distinct alcoves, separated by a curtain. The first includes a bench bed, a wardrobe and a television. The second has a 140 cm bed, a suspended bed for one person accessible by a retractable ladder, as well as a wardrobe.
The bathroom includes a closed shower cubicle, a vanity unit, storage shelves and a towel radiator. The toilets are separate. A pantry equipped with a ski boot dryer accommodating six pairs completes the accommodation.
A south-facing balcony runs alongside the apartment and is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.
For your comfort, you will also benefit from a locked ski locker, located at the entrance of the building, at the same level as the apartment. The accommodation has Wi-Fi, a connected lock with code — which is changed after each rental —, a 43-inch television in the living room and a 32-inch television in the cabin. A washing machine, a tumble dryer, a Dyson stick vacuum, an ironing board and an iron, as well as board games are also at your disposal.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in each reservation.
