General description of the residence
The history of this grand chalet is intertwined with that of Fred Monneret, a dynamic young hotelier from Val d'Isère who decided in 2015 to demolish the old hotel l'Avancher to rebuild a superb establishment of 45 rooms flanked by two sumptuous chalets, l'Avancher Lodge and les Myrtilles housing 14 very high-end apartments.
The bet was successful as delivered in December 2017, the new complex had, from the first winter, an excellent occupancy rate, notably due to its restaurant, which became one of the most welcoming places in the resort.
Chalet Time Immobilier, partner in the operation from the start, manages some very beautiful apartments, largely open to the Face de Bellevarde.
The chalet Les Myrtilles is located at the exit of the old village, towards Laisinant. Exiting from the top of the hotel, one can reach the bottom of slope "L" in less than a hundred metres which descends towards the meeting point of the Ski School and the departure of the ski lifts.
In front of the hotel Avancher, the stop for the "Train Rouge" shuttle allows you to reach the village centre in a few moments.
