General description of the residence
ACCOMMODATION:
Located on the 2nd floor of the residence, this 23m² studio equipped for 4 people includes:
-2 single beds in the living room with television
-bunk beds in a mountain corner at the entrance.
-Kitchen equipped with a combined oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, and an electric coffee maker.
-Bathroom with WC
North-West facing balcony with a view of the mountains. Ski locker in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment/pets allowed (with a supplement of €40)
No wifi
The apartment is equipped with blankets.
THE RESIDENCE:
The Sextant is located about 100 metres from the slope. Access to the resort centre is about 300 metres via a pedestrian path. Public parking nearby.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
L'Observatoire is the quietest district of the station of Coches, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shops. The district of L'Observatoire offers a very nice view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
