About Chalet Les Eglantines 3*
Le chalet Les Eglantines 3* is located in the area of Pré-Genty, in Oz en Oisans, in the area of Alpe d'Huez. Wooded area, near the forest. From Oz en Oisans, 2 gondolas (departure from the centre of the pedestrian resort) to reach the Alpe d'Huez / Oz en Oisans ski area (250 km of pistes), the highest point of the domain, the Pic Blanc (3330m altitude) in about 25 minutes and also the Sarenne piste, one of the longest in Europe. Majority of the slopes at 2000 metres altitude, Oz ski area in Oisans / Alpe d'Huez. ESF gathering in the centre of the resort (300 m from the Pre-Genty sector). Family and pedestrian resort.
The apartments in the chalet have direct access to the slopes and the gondolas (100m, ski). The shops and resort centre are about a 5 minute walk away.
The apartments are comfortable and well equipped, with a typical mountain interior. They have a large balcony and a view of the Belledonne massif and also free WIFI.

In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform reception before 16:00.

Monday to Saturday: 8:00 – 17:00.
Closed on Sunday.
Outside these periods, call on 06 88 85 46 29 (8:00 – 18:00).
To be paid on site, the day of your arrival:
Deposit: €500 / apartment.
Residence tax.
To note:
- The premises must be vacated no later than the scheduled day and time
- €50 / work hour (household or technical maintenance) can be applied on the deposit in case of unacceptable housing condition and/or degraded benefit, notorious malice)
* The accommodation must be made, among other things, clean and tidy dishes, oven, fridge and garbage cans emptied and cleaned, clean cooking plates even if the final cleaning has been ordered.
- Sheets and/or towels rendered according to the instructions displayed in the cottage
- Evacuation of various waste carried out (garbage emptied and evacuated out of the dwelling in the planned bins ...) even if the final cleaning has been ordered
- The condition of the premises and detailed inventory must be noted by the tenant customer at the entrance to the premises. If this is the case, the tenant has 36 hours to challenge the condition of the premises when he arrives or leaves. If the condition of the premises has not been reported, the tenant is presumed to have received the rented premises in good condition of rental repairs and must return them unless otherwise proven (Article 1731 of the Civil Code) notified to the reception service or offices on time. Any subsequent application will be the subject of an amicable agreement for the benefit of the renter.
