General description of the residence

Beautiful chalet "Le Ciel Etoilé", with 3 floors, built in 2006. Outside the village, 1 km from the centre, in a residential area, in a cul-de-sac. For private use: small garden with a lawn. Barbecue. House facilities: ski storage room. Access by car to the house via a very steep path. In winter, please ensure you have chains; a 4x4 is recommended in winter. Parking space (for 3 cars, limited spaces available). Shops 1 km, restaurant 1 km. Golf course 18 km, cable car 1 km. Cross-country skiing 1 km. Renowned ski areas are easily accessible: Nendaz Tracouet 4 Vallées 1 km. Hiking area: bisse de Saxon 1.5 km. Youth groups are only accepted on request. Very noise-sensitive environment. Silence and good behaviour are required.
Location: In Nendaz. At the foot of the slopes. 1000 m from the town centre.
Chalet: Excellent quality chalet, 236 m² with balcony, terrace, garden.
