General description of the residence

Location: At the edge of the slopes, access to the Grand Massif area is via skis. The area offers 64 slopes and 265 kilometres connected. The shopping facilities and the centre are nearby, with the ESF just 700 metres away. Activities: freeride, snowpark, paragliding, dog sledding, cultural après-ski.

Residence: Comprising spacious apartments with a balcony. Included services: a wellness area of 1000 m² with a swimming pool, sauna, and hammam, a ski room with boot dryers, luggage storage, and the loan of raclette and fondue equipment. Additional services: restaurant, bar, catering service, laundry.

Situated in Flaine Forum, just a few steps from the central square and at the start of the slopes, the Résidence Alhéna offers an authentic mountain living experience, with its original architecture and privileged location. On the skiing front, the Grand Massif, certified "Green Globe", is a world-renowned ski area that stretches over 265 km and connects five resorts: Les Carroz, Samoens, Sixt Fer à Cheval, and Morillon. The elevation differences, the diversity of trails and the generous landscapes allow for complete enjoyment of escape moments in total freedom.

With its modern facade and upscale atmosphere, the residence offers spacious and bright apartments, decorated in a minimalist style and featuring balconies. You will enjoy a vast wellness area of 1000 m² with a swimming pool, sauna, and hammam, as well as a ski room with shoe dryers and luggage storage. The loan of raclette or fondue devices is also available. Additionally, a restaurant, bar, catering service and laundry facilities are offered for an extra charge.
