Located in the resort of Serre Chevalier, in the heart of the village of Villeneuve, the 4* Club MMV Le Serra Neva residence is a 13-minute walk from the centre, shops and first services, including the Sherpa supermarket. Rising to an altitude of 2,800 metres, the ski area offers 250 kilometres of varied runs, suitable for all abilities, between larch forests and snow-capped peaks. The resort also offers a wide range of activities, including snowkiting, the "Les Grands Bains de Monêtier" wellness centre, boardercross, fatbikes, paragliding and an ice rink.

With its traditional façade, the 4-star residence club boasts 170 comfortable rooms with a sober, refined decor and a balcony or terrace. The establishment offers access to a wellness area with a heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam. A bar with a fireplace, a bakery service and an outdoor and covered car park are available on site at an additional cost.
