General description of the residence
Location: At the foot of the slopes in the heart of the 4 valleys ski area in the bustling resort of Nendaz at 1300m altitude. 80m from the start of the gondolas and 100m from the centre and all amenities.
Residence: Well-equipped and spacious apartments with balconies. Some with views of the pistes or the Rhone Valley. Divided into two buildings, wood-finished, 7-storey with elevator. On-site: WIFI, sauna (extra) and outdoor and indoor parking (with surcharge).

About Résidence Le Pracondu 3*
The Pracondu 3* residence is located at the foot of the slopes in the resort of Nendaz in Switzerland. In the heart of the 4 valleys ski area - Switzerland's largest ski area - at 1300 metres altitude with a guaranteed snow beginner area at 200 metres altitude, the residence is 80 metres from the start of the gondolas and 100 metres from shops and restaurants .
The apartments are well equipped and spacious. They are divided into two buildings, with a wood finish of 7 floors each with an elevator. They have free WiFi in the accommodations, a sauna (extra) and an outdoor and indoor car park (with extra charge).

Any arrival/departure outside the opening hours and days must be reported to the reception, by phone or email no later than 24 hours in advance. An additional 10 Swiss francs (CHF) / accommodation will be charged.
Check out: between 8:00 and 10:00.
To pay on site, the day of arrival:
Deposit (Visa or Mastercard): €450 or CHF / apartment.
Residence tax.

Les appartepourraient être équipé de four à raclette/ caquelons a fondue / draps / sèche-cheveux pour le prix. L’équipement de cuisine est vraiment sommaire.

Les extérieurs sont tristes : bitume, gravier. Les façades sont défraîchies. Pas de fleurs et propretés du terrain à revoir.

La suisse, c'est cher, on le sait. Mais quand la résidence vous demande 500€ de caution prélevés directement sur la carte bancaire, quand on vous demande 10FS de caution pour un adaptateur de prise, c'est un peu exagéré. Le lit était cassé (3 jours pour le réparer), l'équipement en vaisselle est trop succinct pour 6 personnes, la porte du frigo est cassée et le lave vaisselle est peu efficace. C'est dommage !
