Dommage pour la vue que nous avions de l appartement Et trop de chauffage difficile de bien dormir Petit bémol sur les occupants qui circulent avec des chaussures bruyantes

Personnels vraiment très sympathiques et serviables, très à l'écoute de leurs clients. Résidence idéalement placée cependant un peu bruyante car sans doute mal insonorisée.

S'agissant de l'accueil, il a été excellent. J'ai été contacté de façon préventive pour chaque situation qui pourrait compliquer mon séjour (neige à l'arrivée et nécessité de chaînes, menace de grève SNCF au retour etc...). L'accueil fut excellent. Le petit coup de fil tous les soirs pour la commande boulangerie du lendemain matin livrée devant la porte, c'est top. Merci Laura. Concernant strictement l'hébergement, l'appellation "luxe" est plus liée à la dimension de l'appartment qu'aux équipements (vieil aspirateur, pas de balayette ni de ramassette, pas de WiFi dans l'appartement sauf en payant (on est en 2016 !)) etc... Enfin, tout cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer d'excellentes vacances et de bien dormir après de belles journées de ski !
