Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 16:00 and 19:00.
In case of arrival outside of these times, please indicate this to the holder of your keys.
Office closed on Sunday. For arrivals on Sunday, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to arrange the arrival details.
The keys will be available in the safe designated for this purpose, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be indicated on the travel document sent one month prior to your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10:00.

To be paid on site on the day of your arrival:
Deposit by Visa / Mastercard credit card: 300.00 CHF to be paid on site as a flat rate.
