Arrival time and key collection:
- Short stay: 4 PM - 7 PM
- Week-long stay (more than 7 nights): 5 PM - 7 PM
If arriving outside these hours, please inform us in advance.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to define the arrival procedure.
The keys will be available in the designated safe outside the office.
The code will be specified in the travel document sent one month prior to your arrival date by email.
Departure time: by 10 AM. To be settled on-site, on the day of your arrival:
Mandatory services to be paid to the agency:
- Tourist tax.
- Security deposit.
- Pet fee, if the pet is allowed as mentioned in the listing.
Arrivals outside office hours can only be accepted in very exceptional circumstances. Please contact the agency without fail.
Optional services to reserve with the agency (subject to availability):
- End-of-stay cleaning (if not included).
