Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the holder of your keys.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before arrival to define the arrival procedures.
The keys will be available in the designated safe, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be stated on the travel document sent one month before your arrival day by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.

To be paid on site, on the day of your arrival:
Mandatory fees to be paid to the agency:

- Tourist tax

- Security deposit

- Animal fee, if a pet is allowed as mentioned in the listing

If arriving outside of office hours, please contact the agency in advance for the payment of the security deposit and to arrange for key collection:

- End of stay cleaning (if not included)

- Rental of household linen, bed linen, towels (if not included)

- Rental of baby equipment subject to availability
