Welcome to the residence "Balcon des Pistes".
This beautiful apartment of 48m² (+18m² in the eaves) for 6 people, located on the 3rd floor, consists of:
- Living room with a sofa, armchairs and a television
- Fitted kitchen: combined oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hobs, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils
- Bedroom with a Queen size double bed (160cm*200cm) with en-suite shower room
- Bedroom with a double bed
- Bedroom with 2 single beds with legs (80cm*190cm)
- Bathroom with shower
- Independent WC
- South-facing balcony
- Reserved covered garage + private and free outdoor parking subject to availability and not guaranteed
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, pillows and sheets.
The residence "Balcon des Pistes" is located in a quiet area at the entrance of the resort, offering a pleasant view. It is also equipped with ski lockers.
Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are at an additional cost:
- End-of-stay cleaning: 90€
A deposit of 500€ is requested upon your arrival.
