Welcome to the residence "Le Soleil".

This 30m² apartment for 4 people, located on the 6th floor, consists of:
- Living room with a sofa bed (2 x 90cm*190cm) and a television
- Equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
- Bedroom with a double bed (140cm*200cm)
- Bathroom with bathtub and WC
- South-east facing terrace equipped (tables and 2 chairs + loungers).
- The accommodation is provided with duvets, pillows and sheets.
- 1 numbered covered parking space.

The residence "Le Soleil" is located not far from the slopes, ski rental services and all shopping facilities for a friendly atmosphere. It is also equipped with ski lockers and a lift.

Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- Towel pack: 12€ / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: 70€

From November 1, 2024, this accommodation will be reclassified to the SELECT category. Consequently, bed linen will be included in the rental of this accommodation, offering a higher level of comfort and convenience for our tenants. This change aims to enhance our clients' experience by providing superior quality services, particularly by eliminating the need to bring their own bed linen.

A security deposit of €500 is required upon your arrival.
