Chalet Les Perdrix is a property composed of three large high-end apartments, ideally located in the Eucherts area. A chalet built in the pure Savoyard tradition combining stone and wood. These large apartments (Chalet Perdrix 1, Chalet Perdrix 2 and Chalet Perdrix 3) are spread over 3 levels and ideally located close to the shops and the Galopins nursery. Combining authenticity and conviviality, they will charm you with their comfort and practicality. Les Perdrix benefit from maximum sunlight and breathtaking sunsets thanks to their south-facing exposure, and the stunning view of the surrounding peaks. After a long day of hiking, enjoy the sauna and the jacuzzi.
PARTICULARITY :
The building Chalets de la Perdrix is spread over 3 levels :
- On level -1 the underground garage can accommodate approximately 13 cars. A laundry room is located there with a washing machine and dryer.
- Level 0 : Chalet Perdrix 1 (ground floor apartment) with shared access for all chalets: 2 saunas, the jacuzzi, a shower and separate toilets
- Level 1 : the main entrance. Chalet Perdrix 2.
- Level 2 : Chalet Perdrix 3 (duplex).
A lift allows access from the garage to level 1. Chalet Perdrix 3 is not accessible by lift.
