General description of the residence
The Grand Tétras Residence (formerly residence of the NEMEA group) offers a green and wooded setting with large gardens on the edge of the forest. Located 400 metres from the village centre, a 10-minute walk along the Giffre with direct access to lovely walking trails, cycling routes, and snowshoeing circuits in Samoëns in the Vallons area.
The Grand Tétras has a games room with lounge, library, table tennis, pool, table football, Wi-Fi accessible throughout the residence, a bike room (subject to available space), and also offers a paid communal laundry.
Each apartment in this residence has free and unlimited access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool (in summer), and a gym with 4 fitness bikes.
They also have a private ski locker, a private underground parking space, and for larger vehicles, parking is available outside.

2 hours 30 minutes from Lyon, and in 2 hours by train + bus from Geneva.
