THE ACCOMMODATION :
This 23 m² studio cabin is located on the 1st floor (no lift) and is equipped for 3 people. It includes :
- a cabin with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette comprising 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 fridge, electric coffee maker, raclette set
- a bathroom with toilet, towel dryer

The balcony offers a stunning view of the valley and is north-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE :
La Boussole is located less than 300 m from the centre of the resort, shops and ESF, and directly near the slopes. The residence is of medium size with wood cladding and exposed stonework. A public car park is available nearby.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
The quietest area of the resort of Les Coches, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
