ACCOMMODATION:
This 20 m² studio is located on the ground floor (without lift) and is equipped for 2 people. It includes:
- a living area with 1 single bed, 1 trundle bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fondue set
- a shower room with toilet, 1 washing machine

The terrace with a stunning view of the valley faces North. The ski locker is located in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets are not allowed

THE RESIDENCE:
La Pendule is situated approximately 100 metres from the ski slopes' departure and return. The shopping facilities in the centre of the resort are 250 metres away. Public parking is available nearby. North-facing apartments enjoy a magnificent panorama of the valley and a beautiful view of Mont Blanc.

THE AREA:
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
