The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces North-West. The ski storage is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE :
Le Sextant is a large residence located approximately 100 metres from the slope. Access to the town centre, situated about 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking is immediately nearby.

THE DISTRICT :
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre can be made via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
