General description of the residence
This apartment is located in the building Les Pistes du Soleil, in the village of Chinaillon, 6 km from Grand Bornand. Built in 2002, this modern building perfectly respects the style of traditional Savoyard chalets from the past. The building is equipped with lifts and stairs providing access to the main street, with its restaurants and shopping facilities on one side and the ski slopes on the other.
This 50m² apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
There is a bathroom and a separate WC.
The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, all necessary crockery and utensils for 6 people, and a Nespresso machine.
The living room is very comfortable with large bay windows that let in a lot of light and provide access to a south-facing balcony with views of the slopes.
In the living room, you will also find a flat screen television. You will have access to a private parking space.
Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.
The rate includes linen (sheets, towels, dishcloths, bath mats - beds made upon arrival!).
End-of-stay cleaning is included; however, the premises must be left in a reasonable condition (beds unmade, rubbish taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc...).
