This apartment in the Chinaillon (area of the Grand Bornand resort) is in a new chalet apartment building built in 2002 in traditional style, well situated between the ski lifts and the main shopping and restaurant street with an internal lift to both. Entry is via a lift or stairs from either upper or lower entrances. The Chatelet and Floria chairlifts are located a mere 200m away.
It sleeps six with two double bedrooms plus a "coin montagne" that has a curtained off set of bunk beds. The bedlinen and towels are not included in the rental price but can be provided on demand.
There is one bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer and a seperate WC.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining room and lounge.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, Nespresso machine and has all the necessary cutlery, glasses etc.. for more than 6 people with a nice sized dining table.
The lounge is comfortable and has large bay windows that open out onto the balcony which is south facing and has nice views onto the ski slopes.
You have a flat screen television and DVD player and there is also a wifi connection together with a subscription to Canal+, a cable TV provider.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
Cots and high chairs are available on request.
