The flat Le Paret is ideally located in the heart of the village of Chinaillon, close to the ski slopes and in the main street of Chinaillon where you will find shops.
This flat sleeps a maximum of 8 people (6 comfortable and 8 thanks to the sofa bed).
It offers one bedroom with a double bed. And one bedroom with two bunk beds (4 bedding).
The main room has a kitchenette and a living/dining area equipped for 6 to 8 people and tastefully decorated. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed.
The shower room and toilets are separate. The shower room has a hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, extractor hood, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. To complete a wide choice of kitchen utensils, there is also a toaster, coffee maker, raclette and fondue machine.
You have access to a large south-facing balcony with a lovely view of the ski slopes. This balcony is equipped with a garden table and chairs.
The ski room is accessible from inside the building. There is also a private outdoor parking space.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
