Apartment of 61 m² located at the foot of the gondola and shops, on the 3rd floor of a residence with a lift. It has a south-facing balcony offering a view of the ski area. Access is via entrance QRS. The capacity is eight sleeping places distributed between the living room and two bedrooms.

The living room includes a sofa bed for two people. The first bedroom is equipped with two single beds and two bunk beds, the upper bunk of which is not suitable for children under six years old. The second bedroom has a double bed of 140 cm. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, a microwave, four electric hobs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The apartment includes a bathroom with WC, a shower room, and a separate WC. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV. A ski locker is located on the first floor. The heating and hot water are communal, and an outdoor parking is available within the resort. The accommodation is non-smoking.
