Useful information

Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, keys collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 16:00 and 19:00.
In case of arrival outside these times, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to arrange the arrival procedures.
The keys will be available in the designated safe, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be provided in the travel document sent one month prior to your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10:00.

To be paid on site on the day of your arrival:
Deposit by Visa / Mastercard credit card: 300.00 EUR to be paid on site at a flat rate.
