Appartement situé au premier étage de la résidence, facile d'accès depuis le centre-ville et situé à proximité des pistes. L'appartement est joliment meublé, lumineux et bien équipé. Deux équipements nous ont toutefois manqué : un sèche-cheveux et un grille-pain. Il faut également souligner que, si l'accès au bâtiment A est facile depuis le garage, nous n'avions qu'une seule clé d'accès pour celui-ci et l'accès depuis l'extérieur était très compliqué, le sentier étant verglacé et ensuite inondé.
