Location: The residence des Intrêts is situated in the heart of the centre of Avoriaz. It borders the main street and the shopping facilities located there.
The residence offers an environment conducive to holidaymakers wishing to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the resort and its activities.
The shops at the foot of the residence are numerous: shopping, ski shops, souvenirs, restaurants, bars, groceries, local products, and a bakery.
The ski area can be easily reached via the slopes that cross the resort or simply by the main street that services the Arare sector. The Dromonts ski lift, located in the centre of the resort, enables quick access to the plateau and Super-Morzine areas.
