General description of the residence

with a surface area of 73 m² under the Carrez law (+ 28 m² under 1.80 m height),
located on the 2nd and last level of the BOURG MOREL residence,
capable of accommodating up to 11 people.
Entrance hall with ski locker, open kitchen to the living room and dining area.
Mezzanine over the living room with a double bed (2 sleeping places), bedroom 1 with a double bed (2 sleeping places), bedroom 2 with a set of bunk beds and a single bed (3 sleeping places), bedroom 3 + mezzanine with a convertible sofa downstairs and 2 single mattresses on the mezzanine (4 sleeping places), access to a private balcony (facing the pedestrian street).
1 bathroom with WC, 1 shower room with WC.
Independent southeast-facing balcony with a lovely view of the mountains.
Included services: End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen), bed linen (except summer season*) * from June to September.
