The accommodation includes a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with two single beds, and a second bedroom with bunk beds (the upper bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years). It has a bathroom and separate WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined microwave oven, four electric hobs, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. In terms of multimedia: flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio with iPod speakers. Heating and hot water are provided by individual electric installations.

The accommodation is non-smoking and includes a ski locker. An outdoor parking space is reserved for the residence, with access via a remote control (unallocated space). Several other accommodations (studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom) are available in the same residence, ideal for holidays with friends.
