General description of the residence
A warm and functional chalet for 6 to 8 people
This warm and functional chalet can accommodate 6 to 8 people, with an ideal capacity of 6 people. It has three bedrooms, each accommodating two people, as well as a living room with a sofa bed for two people.
With an area of 70 m² spread over three levels, the chalet benefits from a calm and pleasant environment. It has a terrace, a balcony and a garden facing south and west, allowing you to fully enjoy the sunshine.
The chalet is ideally located just 600 metres from the village centre and 300 metres from the ski lifts. You can also enjoy a wood stove, which brings a warm and friendly atmosphere to the living room.
The three bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds. The living room also includes a sofa bed for two people, allowing it to accommodate up to 8 people.
The chalet has a bathroom with WC, as well as a second independent WC.
The open kitchen adjoining the living room is fully equipped and includes an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, four gas hobs and a dishwasher.
For your moments of relaxation, the living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. A table football is also available for sharing friendly moments with family or friends.
The chalet also has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
To facilitate your stay, the chalet has a private garage as well as two outdoor parking spaces.
The accommodation is non-smoking. Heating and hot water production are individual and electric.
