It can accommodate up to 8 people, with a configuration that includes a living room equipped with a 2-person pull-out bed, one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, as well as a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, four electric hobs, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and filter coffee maker. The apartment features a bathroom, separate toilets, and a washer-dryer. In terms of multimedia, a large flat-screen TV is available. A large secure ski locker is available on the mezzanine (No. 70). Heating and hot water are collective.
