This authentic farmhouse dating back to 1834 has been completely refurbished into a 4 star luxury apt retaining that authentic mountain atmosphere with a stylish touch. Available all year round together with the 2 other apts downstairs, it is located in the centre of the village of Le Grand Bornand, within easy walking distance to all shops & service including the free ski-bus.
It has 4 twin bedrooms 4 of which have ensuite bathrooms & toilets. There's an exra set of bunk beds in a little gallery space which also has a cot. All of the beds are 90x200cm and are pulled together but can also be separated as required. The stylishly furnished lounge area, in what used to be the hayloft, with full leather suite is very cosy & features everything you'd expect such as wifi, wide screen tv, DVD player, not to mention the authentic local mountain furniture & features that have been integrated into the renovation. There's a lovely woodburning stove (logs are provided!) set into what used to be old chimney stack to add to the cosy feel! The separate kitchen has all mod cons such as a combi washing/drying machine, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine large fridge-freezer, Raclette & Fondue machine, microwave etc etc. There's an indoor sauna space too together with a large corner bath with power jets and shower. The apt has it's own private & secluded outdoor 60m² terrace garden area with table & chairs + a BBQ & ski locker space together with an outdoor hot tub.

Cots & high chair available on site however pets are not allowed and it a strictly no smoking property.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! End of stay clean is not included in the price.
