General description of the residence
Location: In the heart of the Maurienne Valley at an altitude of 1650m, Saint François Longchamp is a mountain resort with a welcoming atmosphere. A panoramic view allows you to admire the Cheval Noir massif, the Lauzière massif, and the Belledonne range. Not to mention, of course, the stunning viewpoint of the Italian side of Mont Blanc from the Col de la Madeleine (at 2000 metres altitude).
The ski area benefits from high-quality snowfall accessible to skiers of all levels and for all types of skiing. Between Maurienne and Tarentaise, the ski area of Saint-François Longchamp opens up with its neighbour Valmorel the GRAND DOMAINE, surrounding the famous Col de la Madeleine. Skiers can enjoy a vertical drop of 1300m in one of the first ski areas in Savoie.
