General description of the residence
3-room apartment located in the Ferme de la Chapelle, Le Pernant area, 450 metres from the slopes and 800 metres from shops. A stop for the free shuttle (line D, in winter) is right in front of the farm. With an area of 49 m², this accommodation is located on the first floor and has a west-facing balcony.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds, as well as a living room with a sofa bed for one person and a pull-out bed. The bathroom has a bath and a toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, induction hobs, and a refrigerator. The apartment also has a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. A ski locker is provided, as well as an outdoor parking space for one vehicle. Heating and hot water are individual and electric.
The Ferme de la Chapelle also includes two other apartments with a capacity of 8 people (FERM08) and 12 people (FERM12), ideal for group stays. Additional services are available upon reservation: end of stay cleaning, bedding and towel rental, baby equipment. Bedding is included for any reservation between December and April, excluding short stays. Discounts of up to 35% are offered on ski passes and equipment rental depending on the period.
