This beautiful 72 m² apartment (with an additional 20 m² under 1.80 m) has undergone a very nice renovation. Bright and south-facing, it benefits from an ideal location, just 5 minutes on foot from the village centre as well as the swimming pool and spa area. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms located upstairs. Two of them are equipped with a double bed of 160 cm, while the third has two single beds. The living room also includes a convertible sofa providing an additional sleeping area.

The apartment has a bathroom, a shower room, and two separate toilets, ensuring optimal comfort for all occupants.

The kitchen, fully equipped, includes an oven, a microwave, induction hobs, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer.

For your comfort, you will benefit from a flat-screen television, Wi-Fi connection, a washer-dryer, as well as two private parking spaces located right in front of the accommodation. Heating and hot water are individual and electric. Pets are not allowed.
