The spacious and brightly lit living area combines a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy lounge with a convertible sofa — the perfect place to share a meal after a day on the slopes, or enjoy a hot chocolate while admiring the snow-capped peaks.

On this level, you will also find a beautiful shower room and a separate WC.

Upstairs, comfort continues with:
A snug double bedroom,
A room with two single beds, ideal for children or friends,
A laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer,
And a second shower room, designed for a smooth and hassle-free stay.

After a day on the slopes of the Sybelles area or on the hiking trails, treat yourself to a well-deserved moment of relaxation in the heated indoor pool of the residence (free access depending on the opening period: from December 20 to April 10 and from July 10 to August 31).

The slopes and shops are just a 5-minute walk away.

Please note: the accommodation is accessible via a small slope (the parking is located below the residence).

A free shuttle allows you to reach the village centre in just a few minutes — and, in summer, a small tourist train takes you to discover Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves.

Pets are welcome (additional charge of €30/week or €5/day) so that the whole family can fully enjoy the stay.
