THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 25 m² apartment located on the 4th floor of the residence is suitable for 4 people. It comprises:
- A living room with two single beds, 1 TV
- A kitchenette equipped with a combination oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
- A bedroom with a mobile partition equipped with a double bed
- A bathroom equipped with a bathtub which includes the toilet.

The terrace faces North with a view of Mont-Blanc.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets not accepted.

THE RESIDENCE:
L'Epervier is a large residence located at the edge of a forest. The access via a blue slope is immediate and the town centre with all the shopping facilities is located 10 minutes on foot.

THE AREA:
It allows for ski-in ski-out access for almost all residences (depending on skiing level), either heading to Montchavin or returning to the town centre. Parking is available close to the residences.
