General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 2-room apartment of 26 m² is located on the 3rd floor and is equipped for 5 people. It includes:
- a cabin with bunk beds for 3 people
- a living room with 1 convertible sofa, 1 TV
- a kitchenette comprising 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette service
- a shower
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of the slopes is east-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets refused
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.
THE RESIDENCE:
La Clef is a residence bordering the Coches slope and in immediate proximity to the centre of the resort and shops. It offers a magnificent view of Les Arcs and Mont Pourri.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous events take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be booked through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
