This 25 m² apartment, rated 1 star, is located on the 4th floor (with a lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- one bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 TV
- a living room with 1 convertible sofa, 1 TV
- a kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 vitroceramic hot plates, microwave/grill, electric kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, and raclette service
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is North-West facing. The ski storage is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Marelle is located at the edge of the slope leading to Montchavin. A bus shuttle stop is directly accessible, allowing you to very easily reach the resort centre. The apartments facing North offer a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Situated at the forest's edge with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone, and slate, it allows for ski-in/ski-out access for almost all residences (depending on skiing ability), either heading out to Montchavin or returning to the resort centre. Parking is available close to the residences.
